5-Step Process

1. We start by asking you a few questions about what you're looking for in a website, who you're trying to reach and what you're trying to accomplish. We'll also talk about what kind of budget you have and if you'd like to take advantage of any social media like Facebook or Twitter, and outline a proprietary mix of suggested content from our "10 Questions for Website Success" guidelines.
2. After we have a comfortable grasp on what your organization will accomplish with your website we take two (2) days to research similar and competitor websites and organizations and then present you with a mock-up -- a picture -- of what your website can look like. We'll also set a price at this time.
3. After reviewing the website mock-up we'll talk about any changes you'd like made to the mock-up and once we are both comfortable with a design for the website we will begin the designing process. The design process varies from between 2 to 14 days, with an average turnaround time of 7 days.
4. After the website is designed we'll migrate the new design to your servers (probably on a weekend so there's as little interruption of your current website as possible) and put up any content you desire.
5. Then we'll walk you through the website one more time and make a note of any changes you'd like to see accomplished. When those changes are made we'll "hand over the keys" to the website and walk you through a few simple procedures for updating content on your website and provide you with a simple instructional manual for updating website content.
